Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes – you can cancel anytime before your next order date. In the most recent email
you received about your subscription click “Manage Subscription” and follow the prompts. You can also contact Rush Nutrition at info@rushnutrition.co.za.

Why is the subscribe & save option not available?

Subscribe & save is only available for some products. Check back again soon and
hopefully we’ll have more.

What types of payment are accepted?
To subscribe & save you need to pay with credit or debit card.

How do I make changes to my subscription?
If you want to change your billing information or cancel your subscription, go to the most recent email you received about your subscription, click “Manage Subscription” and follow the prompts. For any other changes including editing your shipping address please email Rush Nutrition at info@rushnutrition.co.za.

How long does my subscription last?
Subscriptions remain in effect from when you place the first order until it is cancelled. Remember, you can cancel at any time.

Can I use additional discounts on my subscription orders?
No, subscription discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

What happens after I create a subscription for the first time?
We’ll send you an email confirming your subscription and first order.

Will I get notifications about my upcoming orders?
You’ll receive an email notifications from Rush Nutrition (via help@paystack.com)
when:

  • You’ve set up a new subscription.
  • Your subscription is about to renew.
  • Your subscription has renewed successfully.
  • The order failed (eg. because the credit card has expired)
  • You cancelled the subscription.

Can I change the products in my subscription?
If you want to change the products in your subscription you can cancel your old
subscription and start a new subscription with the products you want
